DescriptionThe mantra of the the User Interface (UI) team is: "Focus on the user and all

As a UI Designer, you have a strong technical background and work closely with Engineers and Product Managers to design products that are simple but great for the user, focusing on interaction and visual design. Using your keen design aesthetic you design and conduct experiments with real users so that improvements to the user experience are based on real user behavior. Your job is to make sure that our products are intuitive, accessible and usable to our millions of users. Responsibilities * Understand - gain a deep understanding of user motivations, market opportunities and competition * Envision - work with PM's and Dev's to create a vision for discovering and engaging with content * Design - create storyboards, mockups, and experience prototypes to guide development * Collaborate - rapidly iterate on design based on user feedback, tech constraints, market dynamics * Make - guide development to faithfully implement fantastic experiences on tv, table and phone Minimum qualifications * BA/BS (In lieu of degree, 4 years relevant work experience) * 5 years experience managing interactive, design, or creative projects Preferred qualifications * 4 years relevant work experience, including demonstrated experience in designing usable web-based interfaces * Knowledge of JavaScript for rapid prototyping purposes * Excellent communication and teamwork skills * Strong, clean visual design sense * Solid understanding of hand-held device/web/mobile graphics techniques and production practices Apply on Company Website |
