Beyond the Bell Administrative Assistant Job Listing at Harmony Project in Los Angeles, CA
Beyond the Bell Program, begun in 2009, is the 3rd program launched by Harmony Project, an award-winning research-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that targets at-risk youth in underserved areas of Los Angeles. We promote positive youth development through on-going year-round music lessons and ensemble participation.
The BTB Admin. Assistant works directly with BTB Program Manager to ensure all program data is collected, entered and updated on a continual basis. Assistant will also maintain log of BTB/HP instruments and follow up on missing instruments. Assistant will be assigned other task as they present themselves.
This position is an unpaid, part-time position with flexible hours. Community service and fellowship credit provided where possible. We are happy to provide letters of recommendation upon successful completion of the internship. Parking available.
