Due to the community need, extensive practice growth potential and routine succession planning; HCA-HealthONE and Swedish Medical Center are currently recruiting a Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Physician to lead our Acute Care Rehabilitation Unit.

You can look forward to:

*Medical Directorship stipend
*The Medical Director will lead continuum of care for stroke, trauma, neurological and other patients
*17- bed Acute Care Rehabilitation Unit
*A team approach to help patients reach their maximum level of functioning and independence and enable them to return home or to a less intensive-care setting.
*Interdisciplinary care that include nursing as well as occupational, physical and speech and language therapies.
*Swedish Acute Rehabilitation was named a "Top Performer" by the Uniform Data System for Medical Rehabilitation (UDS-PRO). Swedish's program is in the top 10% of all UDS-PRO subscribers (nearly 900 facilities).

The best fit will be a physician who has already earned a reputation for clinical excellence in stroke, brain injury and neuro rehab, strong personal organization and efficiency, and superb interpersonal skills.
