Trauma Program Medical Director
Fort Walton Beach Medical Center is seeking a Trauma Program Medical Director to head up our new Level 2 Trauma Program. This is an excellent opportunity to be a part of building a program from the bottom up and having a real impact on a region that desperately needs Trauma access. While previously running a program would be a bonus, it is not required. Strong experience in a Trauma department as well as being double boarded in both General Surgery and Surgical Critical Care is required. This position will have an academic affiliation with the University of South Florida - USF.
*BC in both GS and Surg CC w/ high volume Trauma exposure
*Having gone through ACS Trauma Certification previously is a bonus
