Responsibilities
Drives and achieves specific sales goals by managing the business relationship of strategic accounts
Utilizes all resources to maximize revenue, sales growth, market share and productivity gains
Maintains the portfolio of solutions and customer satisfaction
Collaborates with key customer executives to gain a broad understanding of the business goals and strategies, both short and long term
Sells product and service solutions developed and/or supported by the Company
Builds relationships with key decision-makers within selected companies to facilitate direct and indirect sales
Develops, executes and maintains account management planning processes and business review processes within each assigned account on a regular basis
Provides input into the company’s strategic direction to meet the needs of assigned companies

Requirements
Enthusiasm, commitment, self-motivation and a drive for results
Excellent communication skills
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
3 to 5 years of sales experience
Automotive industry knowledge
