Headway Corporate Resources is seeking Administration Coordinator for exciting career opportunity located in Newport Beach, Ca. Our ideal candidate will coordinate project teleconference, meetings, provide administrative and project support to technical staff. Interface effectively and professionally with Senior Level Management. Maintain project schedules on Microsoft Outlook Calendar. Coordinate project activities including: budget modification, report preparation and document review. Candidate must be able to perform general clerical work, including letter preparation, copying, filing, faxing, and mailing.
