Immediate position available for experienced Project Manager / Estimator. Position will estimate, manage and coordinate construction processes from the conceptual development stage through final construction including budget and planning.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Coordinate and manage the budget and planning process of new and existing construction
• Analyze and translate customer surveys for approximate size of forecasted construction
• Plan and estimate to determine best facility options
• Analyze projected cost versus business plan objectives
• Coordinate the Budget approval process
• Submit reports for referral of capital
• Finalize planning and estimating to ensure leasehold improvements, rent, and depreciation meet with business plan
•Compile information necessary to initiate design phase for all Capital approved projects
• Make presentations to Facility executives and management
• Budget and document management
• Understand and interpret architectural plans and project specifications
• Ensures that all necessary permits and approvals are received and required inspections are scheduled and completed

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous project management and leadership experience required
• 2-4 years of estimating experience required
• Practical construction knowledge with the ability to read blueprints and plans
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Strong communication skills to communicate with management, contractors and architects
• Strong mathematical aptitude and excellent attention to detail
• Solid negotiation skills
• Strong presentation skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects at once and work on strict deadlines
