DescriptionHeadway Corporate Resources is seeking :
CSR I Claims Rep Required: 1 year of customer Service PC skills: computer literate, alpha numeric, filing knowledge Education: AA or BA preferred. Work with a team, someone who wants learn and grow in the claims field. Demonstrates a high level of customer service providing world class claims service. Responsible for receiving recording all incoming auto loss reports, verifying coverage, explaining the claims process. Determines liability exposures on low complexity losses based on info gathered processes claim accordingly. Coordinates repair assignments, contacts towing services rental car companies as needed to arrange services on behalf of our customers. Utilizing the telephone provides initial response determining whether to handle the claim or refer it to a higher level of expertise. Reviews policy w/ insured advises them of procedure, deductibles, coverage policy limits. Investigates claims by obtaining relevant information... Determines whether claim needs to be handled at a higher level of expertise refers if appropriate. Responds to, investigates resolves inquiries from insured, attorneys, claimants, service providers regarding reported unreported claims. Coordinates repair assignments, contacts towing services rental car companies as needed to arrange services on behalf of our customers. Assesses liability exposures based on investigation. Processes all incoming documents within Dept of Insurance regulations. Complies w/ all Dept of Insurance regulations. Contacts insured other parties to guarantee timely follow-up ensure proactive file management.
