Headway Corporate Resources seeks qualified Customer Care Representatives in Orange, CA!!

Successful candidate will receive customer orders by fax, email, EDT, mail or phone. Candidate will be responsible for performing the clerical processing operations needed for completion of orders. Candidate will set up new accounts, complete standard order forms, enter into the CRT systems and verify credit release of order for shipping.

Requirements
AA degree or equivalent experience
Knowledge of order processing systems and word processing
Ability to prioritize and have attention to detail
