Headway Corporate Resources seeks experienced Customer Solutions Executive for exciting career opportunity in Minneapolis, MN!!
Responsibilities
Provide proactive utilization visits both to identify strategic and vulnerable accounts
Keep customers current on upcoming changes and enhancements to their solutions
Improve customer understanding and utilization of customer products
Determine customer training needs using information derived from new product introduction information, call volume information and other related sources
Provide product feature and functionality consultation to sales representatives in sales cycles as requested/needed
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
3 to 5 years customer training or dealership experience or equivalent
Previous ERA experience in Variable and Fixed Operations
3 years prior experience building strong customer relationships
Persuasiveness and sale closing ability
Proven account management success
