Headway Corporate Resources seeks qualified candidates for Director of Information Technology opportunity!!!

The Director of I.T. will oversee, manage, and set the strategic direction for company’s technological operations and infrastructure. As the head of the Information Technology Department, the Director will be responsible for:

Responsibilities:

•Development and implementation of short-and long-range computer systems, capacity, technology, and operational plans.
•Building and maintaining collaborative relationships with departments and administration to establish goals and priorities for development of technology solutions to meet organizational needs
•Evaluation of risk and financial implications of IT initiatives, continually evaluating strategies to ensure adherence to budgets and organization goals
•Management and mentorship of current IT staff, and identification and acquisition of additional contracted development staff

Required Skills and Experience:

•Demonstrated expertise in development of staff for optimum performance and future advancement
•Knowledge of organizational structure, workflow, and operating procedures.
•Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of constituencies in a diverse community.
•Extensive understanding of LAN\WAN technologies, Operating Systems Software and IP (Internet Protocol) related issues
•B.S. in Telecommunications, CIS, I.T. Masters a plus.
•Minimum of 5 years experience with responsibility as a Director for an I.T. department
•Record of progressive I.T. experience in a multi-unit environment
•Proven success in large-scale project implementation.
•Prefer Industry experience.
•10% travel
