Position Description:
This position is responsible for learning the overall sales and quotas of integrated document solutions (business forms, tags, labels, etc.) within various accounts and territories. You will assist various IDS consultants, sell Reynolds’ products and services to an existing customer base, and also develop a new customer base.

You will develop and maintain customer and sales information records, provide customer service on any issues, and increase personal knowledge of applicable product applications through training, documentation, and self-study. Other duties will include providing input and expertise to cross-functional team initiatives, and performing all administrative and related functions as required.
Training: Training will last approximately 8 months to a year, depending on the territory and learning curve. This training is completed both in Dayton and in the field.
Requirements:
•Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
•Must be a self-starter with the ability to schedule time efficiently
•Strong influential skills and a level of charisma for building long-term relationships with customers
•Good organizational skills
•MUST be open to relocation after training in complete – no guarantee of staying in current location after training
