Follow company's Safety Regulations and Work rules Handbook along with all departmental specific safety requirements.

Calibrate FPI test panel (daily).

Performs FPI penetrant separation and precipitation visual check test.

Performs FPI audits and self auditing system for level II.

Maintains annual test panel calibration log.

Performs post emusifiable penetrant system removability test.

Maintains record logs on department chemicals.

Checks ultraviolet intensity reading and ambient light.

Checks test panel and cleaning solvent.

Checks FPI penetrant sensitivity test and sample.

Performs monthly penetrant degradation check.

Performs FPI processor and inspector audits.

Process and inspect castings for defects.

Print lot trace cards when necessary.

Move castings to their designated area.

Must comply with all company attendance policies and guidelines; this includes, but is not limited to, regular attendance and occasional overtime.

Maintain daily pace boards.

Other duties as assigned.

Pay depends on experience.
