Client located in Brentwood, TN seeks experienced Medical Customer Service Representatives.

Responsibilities:
Conduct health interviews, over the telephone, with applicants to collect medical information covering multiple product lines. Document all calls clearly and concisely and complete follow-up work. Generate appropriate written correspondence. Have a caring, compassionate attitude, in particular with elderly population. Provide excellent customer service through proper phone protocol in a professional manner. Follow established protocols and procedures. Help team achieve a 48 hour cycle time target and other measures.

Must be able to pass drug screen and criminal background check.
