Client located in Raleigh, NC seeks experienced Customer Service Representative.

Must have Customer Service Skills! Must have mortgage background! Must have collections experience!
Emphasis on excellent phone skills. Ability to make numerous out-going calls. Mortgage and/or Collections experience preferred. The ability to work well independently as well as in a group setting. Experience with Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook. Will interview by phone.
*Contact delinquent borrowers with the attempt to help them get back on track with their mortgage payments. *Follow-up with borrowers for the requested package information sent to them.
*Keep track of packages sent to borrowers.
*Update and maintain database. *Assist with additional tasks that may arise within the department.
Schedule for this position:
Mon, Thurs, Friday 8:30am - 6pm
Wed, Tues 11am - 8pm
Most Sat 8am - 12pm
