Headway Corporate Resources seeks QA Analyst for a fun and exciting (temp to hire) career opportunity located in Orange County, Ca!

This position will analyzes product and productivity to verify conformance to quality assurance standards by performing the following duties.

Analyzes product for MTBF, performs failure analysis, and etc

Assures timely flow of material through MRB and holds meetings, analyzes MRB data, working with suppliers, Purchasing, Sales

Analyzes customer returned materials, records data, reports trends for cause of return

Performs analysis of internal and external Problem Reports and Corrective Actions

Provides statistical analysis of product and processes and reports this in the form of trends, graphs, and analysis for quality improvement efforts from audits performed

Perform supplier surveys, audit the Quality Management System, and report findings

Coordinate Supplier Certification program

Requirements

Familiar with ISO9000
Interest in become an ISO Internal Auditor
Excel, MS Word, database management
AS Degree or 5 years experience with problem solving
Statistical analysis
Systems audits
