Headway Corporate Resources seeking Quality Assurance Specialist for exciting career opportunity located in Cypress, Ca!

Responsibilities

Establish quality level specification for new products
Support and coordinate validation testing with Engineering, Product Planning and SQA
Technical evaluation of preproduction samples
Prepare Quality Control Plans
Maintain relationships with key dealers for warranty feedback
Perform warranty analysis, which includes product analysis and data collection, analysis and distribution
Initiate corrective actions with suppliers
Direct liaison with suppliers in all quality related matters
Prepare reports to CCA management
Periodic evaluation of supplier quality performance
Member of Product Planning Committee

Requirements

Associates degree in electronics or related field
Bilingual language skills in English/Cantonese and or Mandarin (verbal and written)
Five years Quality Assurance work experience, preferably with car audio and entertainment products (12V automotive products)
Background in project management and supplier relations
Hands-on experience with general electronic testing equipment and methods
Strong project management skills
Proficient with common software applications (Lotus Notes, Microsoft Office)
Ability to read schematic diagrams
Highly motivated, self-starter, team player
Effective communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
Analytical capability (theoretical/data and practical/product)
Ability to travel internationally
