The Social Media Online Community Specialist will support and manage the Company’s Online Community initiative, helping to drive community user engagement and new membership growth, while developing and managing editorial content that fosters community involvement. This role coordinates finding, posting and creating various editorial content and resources which ensures consistency in voice while helping build and maintain an online community that members will want to join and share with their friends and social networks – growing it virally.

Qualifications and Experience

*Proficient with Microsoft Office products
*Dedicated to blogging and use of Facebook, Twitter and other social media tools
*Understands how to drive viral marketing efforts
*Prior experience in a retail industry position preferred (Sales Assoc., Asst. Mgr., etc…)
*Demonstrated creativity and documented immersion in social media (with links/examples)
