TheRetailLife.com is seeking energetic retail coordinator for our Recruiter 1-on-1 Chat program which is exclusively available for The Retail Life members.

Do you enjoy retail and have a desire to help retail workers connect and find their dream jobs? This position might just be for you! The Retail Life is a destination community for retail workers to share and engage on all aspects of a successful career in retail. Our Members only community is free to join and non-ad supported.

In order to introduce The Retail Life as the nationwide community where retail workers can gather to share and engage in the retail industry. We are jumpstarting an initiative with an exclusive chat feature enabling our members to gain perspective and advice by speaking directly with recruiters from well known retailers and brands.

With the Retail Coordinator Role, we are seeking a sales minded individual to approach and source various retailers for our weekly Recruiter 1-on-1 chat. During this moderated chat, The Retail Life members gather in a user friendly chat room where they are encouraged to ask questions to the sourced recruiter. This gives our members the opportunity to get feedback on any beneficial information that the recruiter can provide which will aide the job seekers in successfully applying and interviewing for their desired job in retail. This will be done on a weekly basis. The recruiter schedule will be sourced out and confirmed one month in advance. In order to be successful in this position you must meet the following requirements:

•Communication skills in regards to writing and phone sales pitches to potential recruiters
•Ability to source and recruit top recruiters in the retail industry.
•Top notch sales skills in regards to cold calling the “Big Players” in retail.
•Able to source authentic contact information and find the correct point person to speak with in regards to sourcing recruiters.
•Familiarity with various retail affiliates and companies that are targeting coveted positions for retail workers.
•Confidence and experience in approaching perspective brands and companies that are well known and sought after in regards to employment in the retail community.
•Expert knowledge of The Retail Life and the mission of connecting retail workers with potential jobs.
•Organization and time management skills.
•Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and various social media outlets such as Facebook, twitter and specifically LinkedIn.
•Punctual and dependability is second nature.
