Headway Corporate Resources is seeking Fixed Operations Sales Specialist for ambitions career opportunity located in Orlando, Fl.

Responsibilities
Drive and achieve Fixed Operations sales goals of a specific set of solutions through the sales cycle
Partner with Account Managers to lead and advance the sales cycle
Participates in the planning and implementation of strategies and programs
Participate in solutions team business reviews
Act as a Fixed Operations subject matter expert for assigned solution set
Lead program execution tasks, gather competitive intelligence, and help train sales associates
Participate in customer prospect events and trade and product shows
Complete basic administrative duties as needed, including updates and maintenance of appropriate reporting/database systems (funnel management systems, proposal building tools, customer information database, and territory planning)

Training:

Nine classes through Company’s University (approximately one week each) over the course of 12 months;
On the job training with the Regional Sales Director.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
3+ years of experience working in automotive industry
High energy, self motivated, quick study, disciplined, and aggressive
Excellent Communication Skills - oral, written, presentation
Ability to work at all levels of the organization - CEO, Dealer Principle down to Advisor, Parts Counterperson
