SENIOR ACCOUNTING ANALYST

Min Ed: BA, preferably in accounting or finance

Experience required: 4 yrs accounting and management related experience.

Big 4 Experience Preferred

Top 3 Skills: strong verbal written communication skills, strong technical skills, thoughtful analysis

Personality needed: strong work ethic, strong leadership skills, thoughtful analysis, demonstrate initiative, flexibility and follow through. Must show job stability and evidence of job growth.

Responsibilities: Managing the allocation of work across the team, providing technical feedback, and performing hands on training. Compiling information management and board reports, analyzing business processes and recommending improvements to enhance accounting systems. Actively lead or participate in broader department objectives, this would include critically evaluating the business objectives, challenging status quo, proposing alternatives and working with others to ensure successful implementation.
