Headway Corporate Resources seeks qualified candidates for exciting Senior financial Analyst job opportunity in Wayne, NJ!!

Responsibilities
Work with real estate department to properly analyze financial and operational information to support real estate related proposals

Perform financial analyses that focus on assisting management in understanding new store performance, real estate capital needs, company-wide capital plans and other projects. Financial analysis will include:

Preparing DCF analysis to evaluate real estate proposals, including new stores, new concepts and lease renewals
Developing or evaluate key assumptions used in analysis
Developing or refine sales forecasting methodologies
Other ad hoc analyses, as needed, by senior management

Create new reports focused on post audit analyses of new store performance versus original assumptions.

Create models, analyze performance metrics, and develop and compile various financial and statistical reports that focus on store level and company performance.

Develop analytical models to perform ad hoc analysis.

Reconcile and analyze financial data by drilling into formulas and lower level data.

Compile and develop financial and statistical reports using multiple data sources.

Support other projects to help support the capital management control.

Requirements
MBA in finance or economics. (will consider candidates with BA or BS in finance or economics)

3-5 years of related experience in corporate finance

Past real estate analysis or retail experience preferred

Solid modeling skills with advanced excel skills

Experience with Oracle Financial Analyzer is a PLUS

The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and manage projects with varying deadlines

Strong quantitative and analytical skills, with the ability to draw conclusions from analysis

Ability to work well with individuals from all parts of the organization

Highly organized and capable of working independently
