DescriptionHeadway Workforce Solutions, in partnership with SRA International, has an immediate opening for an On-Site Manager for a Research Telephone Center in the Durham area.
Job Description Headway is seeking a Human Resources professional with 3-5 years of progressive experience in human resource compliance management, program management, full-cycle recruitment and communication planning. Account management will include workforce training and development, employee orientation, scheduling, and employee relations. Experience in policy interpretation, policy development and organizational implementation, as well as direct Call Center experience is required. Survey research experience is a plus. This is a full time contract position located in Durham. Our On-Site Manager acts as the liaison between the client and our temporary workforce, providing the support needed to effectively manage their needs and enhance the client’s productivity goals. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: •Works with SRA team to identify employment needs and priorities and provides associated workforce solutions •Builds and maintains strategic partnership with SRA through an extensive and detailed understanding of the client's business, strategic direction, processes, and policies •Maintains close contact with the key principles at SRA to ensure highest level of client satisfaction possible •Builds and maintains a talent pipeline that aligns with the SRA needs and output requirement •Promotes consistent execution of recruiting plan to ensure the right quantity and quality of talent •Selects pre-screened candidates in accordance to specific job profiles and workforce forecasts •Ensures all selected employees are on-boarded by conducting new hire orientations and training sessions •Meets with key contacts, hiring managers, and supervisors on a daily/weekly basis to assess business needs, requirements, performance and overall program satisfaction •Complies with all operational standards and employment laws and regulations •Work with the client to provide the most efficient scheduling of the workforce. Education, Qualifications and Skills desired: •Bachelors degree or higher from an accredited institution •At least 3-5 years of Human Resources Generalist experience •Experience recruiting for a Call Center or Research Telephone Center environment •Full-cycle recruitment experience •Ability to plan and prioritize work for both your company and the client •Ability to build morale and inspire staff to achieve goals •Good people and interpersonal skills to build effective relationships with all levels of professionals •Excellent communication and computer skills required SRA is dedicated to solving complex problems of global significance for clients in national security, civil government and global health.
