Preferred candidates will have understanding of state and local serving guidelines.

This position will end approximately in September 2013.
Qualifications:

* Two (2) years of full service bar or restaurant experience preferred.
* A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast paced environment.
* Refined verbal communication skills.
* Must have physical stamina to lift moderate amounts of weight
* Must be TABC Certified
