The International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) is offering several internships, including positions in its Global Trade Exposition Department. Based in New York City, ICSC is the global trade association of the retail real estate industry. Its 55,000 members represent all facets of the industry including shopping center owners, developers, managers, marketing specialists, investors, lenders, retailers, and other professionals, as well as academic professionals and public officials.

ICSC pursues a broad range of programs including professional education, research, technical assistance, and advocacy & public policy. The organization hosts over 300 meetings each year including dealmaking conferences, specialty topic meetings, gatherings to facilitate public/private partnerships, and Next Generation gatherings for young professionals. The largest annual meeting is RECon, drawing 30,000+ each May in Las Vegas.

Undergraduate and graduate students are encouraged to apply. All academic majors are eligible for the internship, but those in real estate, retailing, and related fields are strongly encouraged to apply.
