The InterContinental Abu Dhabi is an IHG flag ship property in Abu Dhabi and is a prominent landmark on the corniche located in a commanding beachfront setting. It features 390 guest rooms and suites, highly acclaimed food and beverage outlets and elegant meeting rooms and banquet facilities. Being an iconic hotel in the capital, we are expanding our operations with a luxurious fine dining Lebanese Restaurant providing 400 indoor and outdoor seats, and a beach project consisting of upgraded swimming pools for adults and kids and beach bars - in addition to our already existing beach.

We are currently seeking to hire a dynamic Arabic speaking Food and Beverage Hostess to join our pre-opening team for these projects expected to open in April 2013. The successful candidate will be under the supervision of the Restaurant Supervisor and the Restaurant Manager.

An essential responsibility of this role includes providing an appropriate welcome at Restaurants for guests and potential guests, maximizing their dining experience using technical and individual social skills. Further you should provide appropriate products, services or information and meet all reasonable needs and requests of customers within acceptable enterprise time frames.

The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 1-2 years experience in a similar position.
