The InterContinental Abu Dhabi is an IHG flag ship property in Abu Dhabi and is a prominent landmark on the corniche located in a commanding beachfront setting. It features 390 guest rooms and suites, highly acclaimed food and beverage outlets and elegant meeting rooms and banquet facilities. Being an iconic hotel in the capital, we are expanding our operations with a luxurious fine dining Lebanese Restaurant providing 400 indoor and outdoor seats, and a beach project consisting of upgraded swimming pools for adults and kids and beach bars - in addition to our already existing beach.

We are currently seeking to hire a dynamic Arabic speaking Restaurant Manager to join our pre-opening team for these projects expected to open in April 2013. The successful candidate will be under the supervision of the Assistant Director of Food and Beverage and Director of Food and Beverage.

An essential responsibility of this role includes managing the Restaurant operations achieving business objectives through customer focused service delivery. Further it is part of your duty to drive your team's performance through training, coaching and establish a work culture in lined with the hotel values.

The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role.
