This challenging position has overall responsibility for leading the set-up and break-down and/or service and clean up, of banquet functions during assigned shift.

Qualifications:

Qualifications include basic reading, writing and math skills and one year experience in banquet service or set-up. Alcohol awareness certification and/or food service permit or valid health/food handler card as required by local or state government agency. You may be required to work nights, weekends, and/or holidays. This job requires ability to perform the following: handling, carrying or lifting items weighing up to 75 pounds, moving about in the function areas, bending, stooping and kneeling.
