We've got a fantastic opportunity for you to join us as a Commis 2 Chef Pastry .
Job Summary - As aCommis 2 Chef Pastry, you will assist the Chef De Partie in the smooth running of the hotel kitchen by preparing and presenting pastry to a high standard, setting up the buffet, and maintaining hygiene practices. You will follow brand standard food specifications with a high level of performance and presentation.

Qualifications:

Ideally, you'll have some or all of the following things we're looking for:

- Expirence in pastry preparation.
- Innovative and creative person.
- Experience working in the kitchens of 4 or 5 star hotel properties.
- HACCP qualified.
- Good English communication skills
