As a new brand within the Lebanon, Staybridge Suites offer guests a different experience from traditional hotels. The Sales Managers core purpose is to. * Lead, inspire and develop the right employee culture. Our Staybridge Spirit is a key to the success of the brand. The hotel team will in turn reward you by exceeding profit and performance target by delivering consistently high standards - because they love what they do! * You must be inspirational leader and role model and have a 'hands on' approach You will support the GM, and drive the heads of departments to succeed via their teams Qualifications: Required * A minimum of 3 years experience in direct hotel/hospitality sales including upper management level clients both in person and telephone. * Delivering effective sales presentations to prospective clients * Knowledge of travel and or relocation industry, current market trends and economic factors * Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English * Ability to Network at all levels * Strong desire to succeed Nice to have * Experience in the relocation and extended stay market segments If you believe you have what it takes and want to be part of our team then we want to hear from you!
