Holiday Inn Singapore Atrium is a spectacular 27 storey atrium style hotel strategically located at the crossroad of Outram and Havelock Roads and is only a 5 minutes walk away from Singapore River.

It is just a short drive from Shenton Way financial centre, Suntec City Convention Centre, Chinatown, Orchard Road shopping belt, Esplanade, Clarke Quay and Boat Quay. We have excellent opportunity for anF&B Captain to join our team! This position reports to the F&B Executive and is responsible for delivering exceptional customer focused service to all guests.

Key responsibilities and duties of the role include:

Deliver Food and Beverage service of high standard and in accordance with departmental standards and procedures
*
Ensure that personal grooming and state of uniform of self and waiters are up to standard
*
Ensure the dining area is clean & tidy and maintained in an orderly fashion at all times
*
Interact with guests
*
Supervise efficient and courteous service in assigned area
*
Responsible for order taking and service in assigned area
*
Ensure that all equipments and stations are well maintained
*
Attend to guest complaints and requests promptly
*
Ensure bills are paid correctly according to hotel policies and procedures
*
Be proactive in handling last minutes changes or requests to ensure maximum guests satisfaction
*
Perform related duties and projects as assigned

Qualifications:

Ideally, you should have the following things we're looking for:

* Minimum GCE 'O' Level with 2 years' of similar experience
* Pleasant personality with good communication & interpersonal skills
* Able to perform shift work, weekends and public holidays
