The Location
Located halfway between the Riyadh City and the King Khaled International Airport, when staying at Holiday Inn Izdihar some of the major attractions are just a stone's throw away. The Role
At Holiday Inn Izdihar, we expect employees of all fields to have a keen eye for detail and aesthetics to some extent and this quality must reflect in the work that you do. As Executive Chef , you will be overlooking the duties of the Food and Beverage department and reporting directly to the General Manager Keep in mind that at the Holiday Inn Izdihar we are sure to provide you with all the right tools for you to maximize your potential and move forward with your career.

Your core responsibilities will include the following:
· Managing F&B / Kitchen Department as per IHG standard
· Analyzing, updating figures and Menu and set an action plan
· Carry out daily, monthly and yearly activities on time
· Maintain a good relations with internal and external customers
A minimum of 3 - 5 years demonstrable experience in a similar capacity at a star class international hotel and Ideal candidate must also be able to read write and speak Arabic and English Languages fluently.

Qualifications:

Qualifications include some college and/or advanced training in food and beverage operations plus 2 years related experience, including supervisory experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, culinary arts, or related field preferred.

An alcohol awareness certification and/or food service permit or valid health/food handler cards may be necessary, as required by local or state government agency. May be required to work nights, weekends, and/or holidays. This job requires ability to perform the following: moving about the facilities, carrying or lifting items up to 50 pounds, handling food, objects, products and utensil, bending, stooping and kneeling.
