We are currently looking for a Guest Relations Officer to join our new team at InterContinental Osaka in Japan. InterContinental Osaka is a brand new luxury hotel in Osaka Japan scheduled to be open in the summer of 2013. The hotel comprises of 270 luxurious rooms and service apartments, along with restaurants, bar and banqueting facilities. The hotel is well located in the heart of the city, Osaka Station North Yard, which features a concentration of urban amenities, high-end offices and 10,000 sqm plaza and pedestrian mall. The new social centre of Osaka.
You will be reporting directly to the Front Office Manage andbe required to ensure that the highest standards of hospitality and welcome are demonstrated at all times. You will have a good knowledge of the hotel's facilities and services and will pass this information on to the guest whenever the possibility arises.

Qualifications:

Ideally more than 2 yearsexperience of working in a guest relations or customer service role and have a good level of computer literacy. You should have strong communication skills and must be able to communicate (read, write and speak) in Japanese & English fluently.
