We are currently looking for Guset Service to join our new team at InterContinental Osaka in Japan. InterContinental Osaka is a brand new luxury hotel in Osaka Japan scheduled to be open in the summer of 2013. The hotel comprises of 270 luxurious rooms and service apartments, along with restaurants, bar and banqueting facilities. The hotel is well located in the heart of the city, Osaka Station North Yard, which features a concentration of urban amenities, high-end offices and 10,000 sqm plaza and pedestrian mall. The new social centre of Osaka.
You will be reporting directly to the Supervisor and Duty Manager and ensuring service standards are met and that optimum service is provided to all hotel guests according to the hotel's business objectives.

Qualifications:

Ideally, you'll have a Bachelors' degree or higher education qualification in Hotel & Hospitality Management, Marketing or Business. Minimum 3 years hospitality industry experience. Must be able to communicate (read, write and speak) in Japanese & English fluently.
