Key responsibilities and duties of this role include:

Greets all guests at all times in a friendly and helpful manner
*
Registers and rooms all arrivals according to established procedures
*
Maintains intimate knowledge of departmental standards and procedures
*
Maintains cashier float and ensures accurate daily report of all money received
*
Responsible and attends to guest's request of using the service of safety box at all times
*
Attends to guest's complaints, inquiries and requests and assist promptly
*
Ensure that the guests depart the hotel with a positive impression of hotel service
*
Performs the audit balances and prepares all works for audit

Qualifications:

Ideally, you'll have some or all of the following things we're looking for:
* Minimum GCE 'O' Level with 1 year of relevant experience
* Able to work shift, weekends and public holidays
* Meticulous
* Competency in Microsoft Office
* Communicate fluently in both spoken & written English
* Able to work independently with minimum supervision
