We are looking for a person who has 4 years dedicated experience within Learning & Development, although previous exposure to other HR/ operational roles would be desirable gained within a 5 star hotel environment.

In your previous roles you will have designed and delivered 'key developmental' programmes and understand how to create and manage a developmental culture within our population. You'll play a key role in the Talent Management process which is critical to the growth of IHG and indeed to succession planning of each department.

Reporting to the HRD, you'll have autonomy and be empowered to manage all Learning & Development activities. You'll be comfortable delivering training programmes to all grades of colleagues and know how to influence and manage people upwards.

You'll have drive, passion, enthusiasm and your daily engagement of our colleagues will have a magnetic effect on motivational attitude around the hotel.

Qualifications:

REQUIRED SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS
* Degree or Diploma in Human Resources Management.
* Minimum 2 years' experience of the same role in a 5 star hotel.
* With good command of English communication skills (verbal, listening, writing).
* Able to manage multiple tasks
* Good understanding of the hotel operation
* Adaptability & integrity
* Responsible with the willingness to take ownership
* Eager to learn & progress
* Recognizing and understanding differences & trends
