As Receptionist, you are responsible for, to greets guests courteously upon arrival.
assigns room for arriving guests, advises all guests of their room numbers and room rates,
promotes next destination sales upon check-in, promotes in-house services and facilities,
keeps an accurate room status at all times, handles complaints efficiently and promptly,
actively participates in group/crew rooming, handles guest needs, inquiries and requests,
ensures that all pertinent information is recorded on registration card, reports daily activity on log book, maintains good employee relation, complies with hotel Health, Safety and Hygiene policy, performs related duties and special projects as assigned.

Bachelor's degree holder / higher education qualification / equivalent in hotel management or related field
Two to three years of experience in hospitality or hotel setting, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience
Good command in English is a must. Arabic is an advantage.
