At the moment we're looking for a Sales Manager to join our energeticSales & Marketing team atInterContinental Osaka.

As Sales Manager, you will manage all sales activities and events including direct sales, sales solicitation, sales administration and management of the sales team.

Working with the Director of Sales & Marketing, you will be actively involved in producing the Annual Revenue Plan in conjunction with Executive Committee, Sales and Marketing Budgets and forecasts, producing, implementing and monitoring action plans to ensure Revenue Plan objectives are achieved and analysing current and potential markets/trends whilst co-ordinating all activities to maintain and increase revenue through added business volume and increased rate.

Qualifications:

Ideally, you'll have some aBachelors' degree in Sales & Marketing and minimum 2 years post graduate work experience or4years Sales & Marketing experience at hotel industry or service industry, coupled with excellent communications skills, written & verball proficiency in Japanese & English and presentation skills.
