At the moment we're looking for a Sous Chef to join our experienced and friendly team at InterContinental Sanctuary Cove Resort . You'll be an efficient, supportive and professional person who is confident and likes to make a difference in their role.

Qualifications:

Ideally you'll have previous experience as a Sous Chef with a strong focus all aspects of the food production specialising in a la carte service. Driven to achieve results, you will be action oriented and work with a sense of urgency; you will be team focused and have a genuine passion for delivering a high level of food quality, whilst overseeing the preparation and presentation of a consistent food product that exceeds customer's expectations. You will also be HACCP qualified, have your own reliable car and hold a current drivers licence.
