We are currently looking for Waiter/Waitress positions.

As a Waiter/Waitress, you will ensure that the highest standards of hospitality and welcome are demonstrated at all times on Food & Beverage in the hotel. Your key responsibilities will include best service to the guests as per standards, billing, messaging and guest relations. You will have a good knowledge of the hotel's facilities and services and will pass this information on to the guest whenever the possibility arises, in order to maximize hotel sales.

The successful Waiter/Waitress candidate must be able to demonstrate that they can multi task effectively, be enthusiastic and positive in their nature and have an excellent telephone manner. The successful candidate will also ideally have previous experience of working in a Waiter/Waitress role ideally within a hotel environment. Previous experience of using Hotel operating systems is advantageous.

Qualifications:

* Excellent skills and knowledge in maintaining cleanliness and personal hygiene standards.

* Committed to delivering high levels of customer service.
* Educational degree:
· Ideally with a relevant diploma or professional certification in Hospitality or Tourism management.

· Technical/Vocational Secondary Education certificate

· General Secondary stage certificate

· University degree
