As a Waiter / Waitress, you will ensure that the highest standards of hospitality and welcome are demonstrated at all times in the restaurant. Your key responsibilities will include promoting the identity of the restaurant, building rapport and a sense of personalized service towards guests. You will have a good knowledge of the restaurant's promotions and products and will pass this information on to the guest whenever the possibility arises, in order to maximise hotel sales.
