RESPONSIBILITIES

• Plan, design and execute art assets to create high-quality animated graphics utilized in all areas of marketing • Execute design and layout solutions for all areas of marketing such as online advertisements, online newsletters and other related special projects • Design and produce print-based designs and collateral materials including online advertisements, digital newsletters, signage for company products • Incorporate 2D/3D art assets from different artists into a visually cohesive, stylish animation as it relates to corporate brand • Translate brand and business strategies into effective, cohesive design solutions within constraints of game design, engine, and platform • Participate in and may lead in the aesthetic develop of online sales and field training modules • Coordinate design efforts with cross-functional teams for e-mail and other web based programs. • Integrate art assets from different artists into online product catalog to further ensuring brand consistency between print and digital media • Participate in and may lead in creating design / layout standards • May act in art director capacity related to graphics used in advertisements, special projects, promotions or other marketing items • Assigned art and creative projects with high visibility

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related experience required. • 5+ years experience in graphic design. • Expertise in related content areas of graphic design and related graphic software packagers including: o Adobe Creative Suites ? Particularly After Effects ? Flash o Apple Motion o Final Cut Pro o Sound Editing programs o Microsoft Office Suite programs o Knowledge of 3D Studio Max or Lightwave o Understanding of production processes
