JOB DESCRIPTION:

Responsible for selling the company's products; primary responsibility may include finding, generating and developing new channel partners in order to sell the company's products to end-users. Incumbents are responsible for new account development and/or expanding existing accounts within the OEM´s sales channel. Creates awareness and demand for company products. Customers may be geographic or named accounts. Individuals may have their own accounts or work on a team.

KNOWLEDGE

Career-level sales account staff who are fully qualified, experienced professionals in selling components to OEM´s.

JOB COMPLEXITY

Responsible for selling the company´s products or services, developing new accounts and/or expanding existing accounts in Brazil and South America.

SUPERVISION

Normally receives little instruction on day-to-day work, general instructions on new assignments. Works effectively in a global environment.

EXPERIENCE

Typically requires 5-8 years of field sales experience; preferably in the OEM segment.
