Administration of Customer First Support agreements and management of software license modification and replacement of failed keys/licenses. First line contact for Distributors and customers to resolve related agreement issues, resolves or escalates them appropriately. Provides assistance and support to the sales organization and customers for these areas. Uses skills to develop effective working relationships and clear communications. Reviews and verifies the accuracy of customer support orders and license modifications. Processes related orders/change orders and agreement. Creates and updates agreements. Maintains associated databases and records. Coordinates with order entry, licensing and customer support departments. Daily contact with worldwide Distributors operations and order processing personnel. Maintains a professional communication manner and helpful attitude. Uses mature judgment and a high degree of diplomacy. Contributes actively and creatively to the development of improved tools, processes, and procedures in the Customer First and order management areas.. Is familiar with major Customer First initiatives

Typically requires a minimum of 2-3 years in a service response environment, in a technology industry. Works with employees and customers from multiple regions, which requires sensitivity to diverse cultures and business processes. May be required to work non-standard shifts. Excellent listening, verbal, diagnosis and problem-solving skills. Multiple language skills a plus.
