We are currently looking to recruit 2 experienced Senior Signalling Design Engineer to support our Melbourne Design Team.

Senior Signalling Design Engineers report to the Engineering Manager and are responsible for designing, checking and overseeing the production of all aspects of vital railway signalling systems, including scheme plans and interlocking and control circuits, in accordance with the requirements and specifications of the client railway The successful candidates will have a thorough knowledge of railway signalling engineering principles and practices, rules and regulations for the safe operation of railway traffic and the ability to interpret high-level design specifications.

In addition, we require that our senior engineers have good verbal and written communication skills, strong team working skills and the ability to lead/mentor subcontractors and more junior staff.

Qualifications & Experience Required:
At least 5 years’ experience in Rail Signalling Design
An engineering degree in a relevant discipline (e.g. electrical) or equivalent experience.
