Director, Devices and Technology Job Listing at Isis Mobile Commerce in Bellevue, WA
Reporting to the General Manager, the Director, Device and Technology will be responsible for ensuring technical, timeline and process alignment and coordination. Manage the device and technical relationship with T-Mobile in a confidential environment, helping to identify and qualify new handsets coming to market. This includes handsets with native NFC capability coming from the handset OEMs as well as working to include non-NFC handsets via a NFC accessory.
Manage and coordinate integration efforts of Isis, T-Mobile and the handset OEMs. This includes coordination with the teams that are performing pre-qualification testing and full functionality testing on devices enabled for Isis Mobile Payments.
Stay of abreast and influence, where possible, the T-Mobile and OEM device selection and delivery to ensure products will support Isis payment and services solutions.
Work closely with Isis technical staff, sales and account teams to ensure valid integration objectives of Isis requirements on target mobile handsets.
Work closely with the Isis Device Manager(s) in managing and optimizing OEM relationships.
Identify critical paths, as well as logistical and organizational constraints, and then develop strategies and contingency plans for worst case scenarios, while ensuring appropriate visibility as necessary to escalate unresolved issues.
