Our Team The Legal Department's mission is two-fold: (i) providing a legal regulatory support to the Business and (ii) acting as a control function. In Geneva, the Legal Department employs 9 professionals. Responsibilities
  • Provide ongoing legal assistance to relationship managers, investment specialists, account documentation specialists, human resources, etc.;
  • Review and draft contractual documentation, in particular relating to private banking products and transactions;
  • Provide legal support in relation to client claims, litigation and estate matters;
  • Liaise with outside counsel, as required.
