The Global Compliance team is responsible for the provision of compliance services to the Firm. Compliance is organized by Practice Groups that align to the Firm's lines of business and corporate staff areas, and includes the Office of the Secretary. Global Compliance plays a critical role in the successful execution of the firm's compliance mission. The team ensures the development and maintenance of a strong compliance culture by developing and maintaining program infrastructure that identifies, measures, and monitors adherence with applicable laws, regulations and rules that govern the Firm's businesses globally. Teams work closely with business, legal, risk, and audit functions to provide expertise on regulatory compliance matters, assess and measure compliance and related risk, and monitor and test the adequacy of the firm's compliance control environment. The Business Analyst (BA) who would fill this position would responsible for providing support in the Regulatory Reporting initiative in setting up and execution of the following deliverables for the Disclosure of Interest program: High-Level and Detailed business requirements. In this capacity the BA will work with the various regional teams to document and vet their various business requirements. Product Data Management. In this capacity the BA would help setup the data governance and issue remediation model for Disclosure of Interest related product data errors. Disclosure Rule Review. In this capacity the BA would take the lead in: o Defining a standardized methodology for breaking down the various jurisdictional rule sets o Working with the regional compliance leads to assess the current state verses the various components of the rule. Where gaps are found, working with the teams to develop remediation plans and perform impact assessments. Rule Change Management Process. The BA would help setup a process to track rule changes. The objective of this process would be to capture the rules changes in a centralized manner, document the impact of the rule change and prioritize/track the implementation of the change. Feeds Management. In this capacity the BA is responsible for documenting the business requirements for the various feeds required to support the DOI process. For example they would be responsible for working with the Risk Management to break down basket based product, the calculation of Delta Adjusted values for cash settled instruments and/or working with PB to provided Right of Use and Available for Use based feeds. Feed Validation/Attestation Process. The BA would help setup a feed validation process that would servers as a control to ensure the feeds continue to meet the global DOI requirements. Incident/Inquiry Management. The BA would help setup a process to track both internal incidents that impact DOI related activities as well as capture inquiries from regulators. Examples of the former would be either system related incidents
