The Compliance Department of JPMorgan Chase Co is responsible for the provision of compliance services to the Corporation Compliance is organized by Practice Groups that conform to the organization of the Firm's lines of business (LOBs) and corporate staff areas, allowing the legal and compliance staff to work closely with specific groups on a daily basis. This structure provides the means for the compliance teams to communicate regulatory changes to the businesses and staff areas, and for the LOBs and staff areas to communicate business developments that have regulatory implications to the compliance teams in a timely manner Commercial Banking ("CB") Compliance supports CB line of business, including Mid-Corporate Banking, Middle Market Banking, Chase Business Credit, Chase Capital, Chase Equipment Finance, Real Estate Banking, and Capital Placements Group, and generally serves clients with $10MM - $2B in annual revenue. The Compliance training and testing teams work closely with the rest of CB Compliance, CB Legal Operational Risk Management and Global Compliance The CB Compliance group is seeking a Compliance Manager to oversee the CB Compliance Training Program in addition to serving as the CB Code Specialist, overseeing all aspects of the CB employees adherence to the Code of Conduct. The position requires someone with leadership and managerial skills, team building experience and project management skills. The ability to think outside the box, work independently, multi-task many different simultaneous projects, research and apply difficult concepts, and communicate effectively with all levels of the organization is critical

Responsibilities:

  • Development and execution of the CB Compliance Training program
  • Manage development of compliance training courses
  • Advise and ensure compliance with the firm's Code of Conduct for CB
  • Assist in the management of regulatory exams / interactions intenal Audits with respect to compliance training
  • Develop management reporting , detailed statistics/metrics that support compliance training
  • Coordinate with line of business management to ensure 100% completion of all required compliance courses
  • Develop and deliver ad-hoc live training sessions / programs as an as needed basis for CB employees
