Outline of role Purpose: As part of Corporate Finance, the Cash Management team is responsible for a large proportion of the firm's cash flows, through a global operating model with teams based in Bournemouth, London, Delaware and Mumbai. The team manages bank wide primary cash positions, in support of Global Treasury, in addition to business specific bank accounts and Investment Products for Investor Services, Institutional Trust Services and the Investment Bank The role is for a Senior Business Analyst/Project Manager to join the Cash Management Projects team to support the Operations team in delivery against a book of work that includes a mixture of line of business, tactical strategic projects that impact on Cash Management Operations Priorities:

• Assist Cash Management Project Lead partnering with the key stakeholders and LOB counterparts in delivery of the Cash Management book of work
• Project Management/business analysis for key projects initiatives as required. This will cover aspects throughout the project lifecycle, including but not limited to requirements definition, test planning execution, implementation/migration planning support

Key Objectives Key Outputs:

• Drive the execution of projects to agreed scope and timelines
• Lead the definition and documentation of comprehensive requirement statements functional specifications
• Build and maintenance of detailed project plans and summary level presentations for Senior Management
• Ensure that projects are delivered within a structured project life cycle framework
• Provide coaching and assistance to junior business analysts project managers
• Work with Cash Management project lead to co-ordinate project efforts and migration plans
• Work with Cash Management project lead to identify and manage project risks
• Work with Cash Management project lead to refine and improve the project management delivery process - looking at milestone / tollgate structure and benchmarking to identify best practise across the organisation

Knowledge Experience Project Management/Business Analyst:

• Experience working on and managing projects within a structured Project Life Cycle
• Proven project management skills
• Experience of documenting validating business requirements and functional specifications
• Experience of test planning and managing through execution against plans
